Frequently asked

Choosing the right service.

What services does Phoenix Caribbean offer?

Phoenix Caribbean offers seven services: website build, website management and health checks, SEO & GEO, digital marketing, marketing consultancy, cyber security consultancy and AI consultancy — all delivered to businesses across the English-speaking Caribbean.

Can I combine several services?

Yes, and most clients do. A common combination is a website build followed by ongoing website management and an SEO & GEO programme, with digital marketing layered on once the site converts reliably.

Do you work with businesses outside the British Virgin Islands?

Yes. Our head office is in Tortola, BVI, but we deliver remotely to clients throughout the English-speaking Caribbean, including Cayman, the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua, St Lucia and Grenada.

How much do Phoenix Caribbean services cost?

Every engagement is quoted individually after a free 30-minute consultation, because a five-page brochure site and a multi-island booking platform are not comparable projects. Website builds and audits are fixed-price so you know the total before starting. Website management, SEO & GEO and digital marketing run as fixed monthly programmes sized to your traffic, risk and ambition. Consultancy — marketing, cyber security or AI — is scoped in days. We publish no rate card because honest pricing depends on scope, but we will always tell you the number before you commit, and we will say plainly when a smaller engagement would serve you better.

How does Phoenix Caribbean compare with an off-island agency?

International agencies bring scale; we bring regional knowledge and senior attention. We understand Caribbean seasonality, island-by-island search behaviour, mobile network realities, hurricane-season continuity planning and the practicalities of working across multiple small markets in one campaign. Your work is delivered by experienced practitioners rather than a rotating junior team, and you speak to the people doing the work. Where a specialist off-island capability genuinely serves you better, we will say so and, where appropriate, bring in a trusted partner.

Which service should I start with?

Start with the constraint. If your website looks dated or converts poorly, begin with a website build — everything else amplifies a page that already works. If the site is sound but nobody finds it, start with SEO & GEO. If you have traffic but no enquiries, start with marketing consultancy to fix the offer and funnel before spending on media. If you are unsure, the free consultation exists precisely to answer this question honestly, and we regularly recommend the cheaper starting point.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Website builds run four to six weeks for a focused brochure site and eight to twelve weeks for larger booking or multi-island projects. SEO & GEO programmes show technical gains within weeks and meaningful ranking and AI-citation movement across three to six months. Digital marketing campaigns reach a stable cost per lead in four to eight weeks. Consultancy diagnostics are usually complete within two to four weeks. Website management is ongoing, with monthly reporting and quarterly reviews.

Are your services suitable for small businesses and non-profits?

Yes. Much of our work is with small hotels and villas, marine operators, professional practices, retailers, NGOs and government bodies where budgets are real and accountability matters. We scope to budget rather than selling packages, prioritise the work that will move revenue or reduce risk first, and build in stages so you can stop, review and continue. Non-profit and public-sector projects also benefit from our focus on accessibility and reliable, low-maintenance sites.
