Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Phoenix Caribbean wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers or keyboard-only navigation. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as the standard we aim for. This is a target we work towards on an ongoing basis, not a claim of certified or complete conformance.

Measures we take

  • Building pages with semantic HTML so structure and content are conveyed correctly to assistive technology.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements such as menus, links and forms.
  • Providing descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
  • Choosing colour combinations with the site's palette that aim for sufficient contrast between text and background.
  • Reviewing new pages and components against these practices as the site evolves.

Known limitations

Some areas of the site, including third-party embeds and the AI assistant, are under ongoing review for accessibility, and we may not have identified every issue. We are working to address gaps as we find them and as the site continues to develop, rather than presenting this as a finished or certified state.

Reporting a barrier

If you find any part of this website difficult to use because of a disability, please let us know by emailing sales@phoenixcaribbean.com or calling +1-284-340-0466. Please describe the page and the problem you encountered so we can look into it. We will do our best to respond and to address genuine barriers as we review the site.
