Contacting Phoenix Caribbean.
How do I contact Phoenix Caribbean?
Email sales@phoenixcaribbean.com, telephone +1-284-340-0466, book a free 30-minute consultation online, or write to PMB#271, PO Box 3099, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We reply to every enquiry within one Caribbean working day, usually with questions and a suggested next step.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your goals and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Atlantic Standard Time (AST), from our head office in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Enquiries received outside those hours are answered on the next Caribbean working day. If you are contacting us from another island, AST is the same year-round — we do not observe daylight saving — so a 10:00 call in Tortola is 10:00 in Antigua and 09:00 in Jamaica or Cayman.
What happens on the free 30-minute consultation?
It is a conversation, not a pitch. We ask about your business, your customers, what you have tried and what is not working, then give you an honest view of the options — including the cheapest one and the option of doing nothing. Where useful we look at your website, search visibility or current marketing live on the call. You leave with a suggested next step and, if you want one, a costed proposal within a few days. There is no obligation and no follow-up pressure.
Do you work with clients outside the British Virgin Islands?
Yes. Our head office is in Tortola, but the majority of our work is delivered remotely across the English-speaking Caribbean, including the Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica, Anguilla, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos, Bermuda, Guyana and Belize. Video calls, shared documents and clear written reporting mean distance rarely affects delivery, and we travel for larger engagements where on-site work genuinely adds value.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
The more context you give, the more useful our first reply will be. Helpful details include your website address, which island or islands you serve, what you are trying to achieve — more bookings, better rankings, a safer network, less admin — any deadline you are working to, and a rough budget range if you have one. If you are not sure what you need, say so; a large part of our work begins with helping an owner diagnose the real problem before recommending any service.
